July is turning out to be a very warm month. In the first 16 days we have had 5 days above 30 degrees Celsius. Okay, so one out of every three isn't bad, but six of the next seven days are forecast to be at least 30 degrees.

We had another inch of rainfall this past week, and things are finally starting to look lush. During one stretch in the first week of June, we had six consecutive days above 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Other than that, we only had two days above 30 degrees Celsius in June - excellent weather.

So far, we've had 06 days above 30° Celsius. In fact, all of them have been at or above 90° Fahrenheit. In the 10-day forecast, there are no forecast high temperatures near 30° C. Last year, we had 14 days at or above 30° by June 24. To say that I prefer this year would be an understatement.

Weather Update
Starting on Friday, June 6, we had five consecutive days with high temperatures above 30 degrees C. In fact, every one of those days was above 32 degrees C. Tomorrow is supposed to be above 30 degrees C. again, which will make our statistics for the summer of 2008:
